Terms and Conditions

These terms govern all sales made by Florent GIRAUD, a sole trader registered in France under VAT number : 94757120400017 and operating in France and in Belize.
By placing an order, you fully accept the following conditions.

Products

The products offered are handcrafted tarot decks, available in limited editions and hand-packaged. Each tarot deck are different (it’s not possible to reproduce the exact same tarot deck twice). Since this is handcrafted, products may therefore contain slight manufacturing defects.

Orders & Payments

Orders are processed within (more or less) 3 months after full payment, via Stripe (directly on Squarespace) or via PayPal.

Some items are available as pre-orders and require longer production times.

Processing Time & Shipping

Standard production time for each deck is 7 to 15 working days (depending on selected options on product). Orders are shipped, respecting chronogical order of placement, that’s why orders are sent around 3 months after being placed.

Shipping is handled with Belize Post or with Fedex for handcrafted tarot decks and with Colissimo (La Poste France) for manufactured tarot decks.

All shipments include a tracking number, which is sent by email.

Prices & Modifications

Prices, product descriptions, site content, and these terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are borne by the buyer. They are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or return.

Claims, Returns and Refunds

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to manufactured products, which must be returned in perfect condition and at the buyer’s expense.
Handcrafted decks are not eligible for return or refund.

Returned items must be in unused and resellable condition. If the product shows signs of handling, wear, or any damage that makes it unsellable as new, the seller reserves the right to apply a partial refund reflecting the actual loss in value and production costs.

In case of a parcel being returned by refusal at delivery, the buyer must ensure that the product remains unopened and protected. If signs of use or damage are observed upon return, a deduction may apply from the refundable amount.

In the event of a product being damaged during shipping, a partial or full replacement may be offered. The seller generally handles the claim process with the carrier directly.

PayPal, Stripe fees and shipping costs are not refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or accepted return.
Any additional costs incurred during the return process such as return shipping, relabelling or postal handling fees may also be deducted from the refund.

If the customer wishes to cancel his order before the production of the handcrafted tarot deck has started, a penalty of 15% will be applied in case of a cancellation/refund. However, a gift voucher matching the amount of the order can be offered (valid for two years).

No refund will be made (nor gift voucher), once the production of the handcrafted tarot deck has already started.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, texts and images are the intellectual property of Florent GIRAUD / Tarotgraphe. Any reproduction, distribution or reuse without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Once the package is handed over to the shipping provider, the seller cannot be held liable for any delays, losses, or damage that may occur during transit.
However, in the event of damage, the seller will usually handle the claims process directly with the carrier and may offer the buyer a partial replacement.

Applicable Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, amicable resolution will always be prioritised. Failing that, the competent courts under French jurisdiction will apply.
