  • Restored facsimile : This facsimile will be integrally restored according to our knowledge in history of art. Each lines and contours (faces, shapes, letters, numbers; etc) have been integrally reconstructed and colors have been restored as they were in 1709. Production defects existing in the original deck have been preserved to respect that masterpiece’s authenticity.

  • With the permission of the Swiss national museum of Zurich.

  • 22 trumps + 2 of coin + 1 presentation card.

  • Size : 118,5 mm x 61,7 mm (original size).

  • Hand-cuted.

  • Printed on french handmade cotton paper.

  • Two sheets of 160 GSM glued together (total 320 GSM).

  • Traditional soap smoothing with “savon de Marseille” (optional, 50€ 40€).

  • Rounded corners (optional 10€).

  • Provence Know-how.

  • Limited edition to 50 copies.

The tarot of Pierre Madenié, is a type 2 Marseille tarot made in Dijon (north of france) in 1709.
100% HANDMADE PRODUCTION : Some cards may show slight color variations or minor imperfections due to the fully handmade printing and crafting process. Thank you for your understanding.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

The deck is still in the restoration process, depending on the state of each card, it can take up to 3 months to restore (we provide updates on a regular basis through our Newsletter and through Instagram).

Once the restoration is completed, we will begin the production of the decks.

Les défauts de production présents dans le jeu original seront préservés afin de respecter l’authenticité de ce chef-d’œuvre.
