Hermetic and Ficinian philosophy teaches us that sacred images serve as intermediaries between the sensible world (the material world) and the intelligible world (the divine realm). This is why the Marseille tarot is such a powerful tool—it offers us privileged access to the Divine / God / the Ineffable / the Absolute / the Light, and so on.

This 2 hour video workshop (with included PDF) is an immersive journey into the traditional philosophy behind the Tarot of Marseille. You’ll discover how the spiritual practice of Lectio Divina, adapted to the Marseille Tarot, allows you to reach increasingly subtle planes—and in doing so, transform your soul.

In addition to learning the step-by-step methodology of Lectio Divina applied to the Marseille tarot, you’ll experience a worldview rooted in several profound philosophical and esoteric traditions.

You’ll leave this workshop with a clear, understanding of the spiritual practice of LECTIO DIVINA. But beyond that, you’ll be invited to embark on an initiatory journey into ancient wisdom drawn from four major traditions: Platonism, Neoplatonism, Hermeticism, and Christian esotericism of the Renaissance.

Prerequisites for this workshop: an open mind, a deep desire to elevate your soul, and a basic knowledge of the Tarot.

In this workshop, our aim is not to impose a doctrine, but to open a path to offer a tool for diving into asymbolic and meditative reading of the Major Arcana of the Tarot, in order to nourish your inner transformation..

what is Lectio Divina ?

Originally, Lectio Divina is an ancient spiritual practice used in monasteries to experience the Celestial Fire within oneself through the sacred Scriptures. This practice is made up of four steps:

  • Lectio : a careful and attentive reading of the tarot card

  • Méditatio : an introspective meditation on the card

  • Oratio : a meditative prayer based on the insights revealed in the previous phase

  • Contemplatio : an inner experience of the Divine and the activation of the alchemical Celestial Fire

We believe it is essential to free this ancient spiritual practice from any religious dogma so that it can serve all souls seeking a return to the Source. In this workshop, we offer an initiation into the practice of ancestral prayer through the 22 trumps of the Marseille Tarot.

This practice is intended to nourish the soul, foster intimate self-knowledge and awareness of divine reality, and allow oneself to be transformed by the Divine through the power of the Celestial Fire.

Both passionate about the Marseille tarot and spirituality, Florent founded the company “Tarotgraphe”, which aims to revive the original tradition of the Marseille tarot, both in the way of creating decks and in the transmission of the spiritual philosophy behind it.

Roxane, for her part, worked as a life coach for nearly 10 years before joining the “Tarotgraphe” adventure in 2024. Alongside Tarotgraphe, she also offers spiritual guidance and support.

Florent and Roxane combine their complementary skills to guide you step by step in your practice of Lectio Divina applied to the Marseille tarot.

Dans cet atelier, nous ne cherchons pas à imposer une doctrine, mais à ouvrir une voie, à proposer un outil pour plonger dans une lecture symbolique et méditative des Arcanes majeures du Tarot, afin de nourrir ta transformation intérieure.

Qu'est ce que la Lectio Divina ?

Originellement, la Lectio Divina est une pratique spirituelle antique, utilisée dans les monastères afin d’expérimenter le Feu Céleste en soi, via les Écritures sacrées. Cette pratique se compose de 4 étapes que sont :

  • La lectio : lecture méticuleuse de la carte de tarot

  • La méditatio : méditation introspective autour de la carte

  • L’Oratio : prière méditative à partir des éléments mis en lumière dans la phase précédente

  • La Contemplatio : expérimentation intérieure du divin & activation du feu céleste alchimique

Il est nécessaire, selon nous de libérer cette pratique spirituelle ancestrale de tout dogme religieux, afin qu’elle serve à toutes les âmes en quête de retour à la Source. Dans cet atelier, nous proposons une initiation à la pratique de la prière ancestrale grâce aux 22 Arcanes majeures du Tarot de Marseille.

Cet atelier est organisé par Florent & Roxane,
Tous deux passionnés du tarot de Marseille et de spiritualité, Florent a fondé l’entreprise Tarotgraphe qui a pour vocation de redonner vie à la tradition originelle du Tarot de Marseille, aussi bien dans la conception des tarots que dans la transmission de la philosophie spirituelle qui en découle.

Roxane quant à elle, a exercée en tant que coach de vie pendant presque 10 ans avant de rejoindre l’aventure Tarotgraphe en 2024. En parallèle de Tarotgraphe, elle propose des accompagnements spirituelles.
